Carl D. Sherrets Receives 2014 Lloyd O’Hara Public Interest Law Award

Dayton, OH – Carl D. Sherrets, Owner of Sherrets Law Offices, LLC, in Kettering, Ohio, received the 2014 Lloyd O’Hara Public Interest Law Award for his pro bono services in the area of guardianships, mainly for needy, elderly individuals who are unable to properly care for themselves and/or their finances.  This award was presented by Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE), Legal Aid of Western, Ohio (LAWO), and the Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Carl concentrates his practice in the areas of probate and estate planning law.  His is also certified as a specialist by the Ohio Bar Association in the areas of probate and estate planning.
